Bonfire is somewhere between Rock / Hard Rock & Melodic Rock, in genre. Marking the band's 18th studio album (DANG), the last one being released in 2020, shows the band still has an abundance of energy, and have no issues cranking out another album of high octane hits. If you like your music fast, driving and full of fist pumping, then you've come to the right place. Despite having a few troubles back in 2015 when Claus Lessmand left the band, five albums later proves they've been able to work through those troubles, and have been doing a great job ever since. Admittedly, I've only listened to half the album so far, but everything thus far feels like gold - riffs and lyrics are solid, leaving you feeling energized and ready to go. Frontiers Records have perfectly encapsulated the 70s-80s feeling bands, and given them all the room they need to flourish, as you can clearly tell when you try out just about any band in their catalogue. Bonfire is no exception - give them a shot, and you'll be banging your head along with hit after hit. Favorite Track: I Died Tonight
